Our collaboration with Leonardo (50.000 employees worldwide) started with the three-year international project Accelerate. Objective: to accelerate change through the involvement of key people from Italy, the USA, the UK, France, Germany, and Poland.
A guided experiential journey of live events in exceptional locations such as the Maxxi in Rome, the Casa del Cinema or the recording rooms of the master Ennio Morricone.
Black Tie devised team building and training activities, created multimedia tools for knowledge sharing, coordinated project works and contests, and also promoted the protagonists externally with a web series.
The participants created a professional community based on shared values and management methods, and the company itself has, with these change management policies, improved the sense of belonging and synergies between its constituent companies.
